Germany's dual vocational training system is internationally renowned for its effectiveness in bridging the gap between education and the labour market. Its strong collaboration between the state, educational institutions, and industry ensures high-quality standards and relevance to labour market needs. The support of Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) within the framework of the Skilled Workers for Germany Africa project presents young South Africans with a unique opportunity to benefit from this system at heart of its inception.

We offer interested companies access to our curated talent pool, which features anonymised profiles of qualified specialists. Upon selection of a suitable candidate, our team will coordinate a virtual interview, primarily conducted in English, as the candidates typically possess only basic German language skills at the outset. If desired, we can also participate in the interviews to help mitigate potential language barriers.
