We offer interested companies access to our curated talent pool, which features anonymised profiles of qualified specialists. Upon selection of a suitable candidate, our team will coordinate a virtual interview, primarily conducted in English, as the candidates typically possess only basic German language skills at the outset. If desired, we can also participate in the interviews to help mitigate potential language barriers.

In the event of a successful placement, we provide comprehensive support to the candidate up to their relocation to Germany, including assistance with the work visa application process. Furthermore, we arrange continued support during the first three months following their arrival in Germany to ensure a smooth and successful integration.
