A Pathway to Long-Term Employment

Partner companies may, at their discretion, extend the contracts of top-performing learners for an additional 18 months to complete the German Industriekaufmann/-kauffrau qualification.

To be considered for this extended opportunity, learners must successfully complete the learnership, demonstrate outstanding performance, and show strong potential as future organisational talent.

Because the first 12 months lay the foundation for long-term employability, learners are supported through robust mentoring and coaching to ensure they excel both academically and in the workplace. This support equips them to secure and sustain their place in an increasingly competitive job market.
