Placement procedure

We offer interested companies access to our curated talent pool, which features anonymised profiles of qualified specialists.

Kandidaten

Upon selection of a suitable candidate, our team will coordinate a virtual interview, primarily conducted in English, as the candidates typically possess only basic German language skills at the outset. If desired, we can also participate in the interviews to help mitigate potential language barriers.

 

In the event of a successful placement, we provide comprehensive support to the specialist up to their relocation to Germany, including assistance with the work visa application process. Furthermore, we arrange continued support during the first three months following their arrival in Germany to ensure a smooth and successful integration.

Costs for participating companies

In addition to the government subsidy, the project includes a financial contribution from the companies involved. This fee will only be invoiced once both the employer and the employee have signed an employment contract.

 

Thanks to funding and support from the BMWE, the total cost of placing the specialist per candidate during the pilot phase is

€ 2,500.
