Speaker Bio: Chaital has a passion for fostering Inclusive Leadership practices, which stems from a blend of personal life experiences and her professional journey in prominent multinational corporations. Transitioning from 8 years in the corporate world, she embraced a full-time role in facilitating and coaching at CONTRACT SA and is now heading up the Johannesburg CONTRACT office.
