Focus on key achievements, measurable impact, and relevant examples rather than lengthy descriptions. Where indicated, responses should generally be limited to 100-250 words per question and should directly address the criterion being assessed. Supporting evidence submitted in the Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) will carry greater weight than extensive narrative responses.
